| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Now that you have purchased a Kindle, how do you find good books to read? The Kindle Reader, written by a librarian and bibliophile, is all about saving you time in your search for that elusive "good read." Featuring regular posts like Genre Watch (the newest mystery, sci-fi, romance, fantasy and western fiction for your Kindle), E-books on the Cheap (a selection of free e-books from a variety of sources), Kindle books reviewed in Entertainment Weekly magazine, and reviews of historical fiction, biographies, and nonfiction, the Kindle Reader is updated regularly every other day. br/br/Kindle blogs are fully downloaded onto your Kindle so you can read them even when you're not wirelessly connected. And unlike RSS readers which often only provide headlines, blogs on Kindle give you full text content and images, and are updated wirelessly throughout the day.

When it updates. February 18, 2010 Thomas Kirkman (NC United States) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I really like this blog but it does not update everyday.
br /All the other blogs I subscribe to update at least once a day if not more often. I seem to spend more time checking on it and restarting the Kindle to see if that's it, then I do reading it. I'm unsubscribing not because I want too, but because it has become aggravating for me to check up on it.
Content rules, downplays the tool February 7, 2010 Sherry S. Kappel (Palatine, IL) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
The Kindle platform and tool is widely discussed and documented. Jan moves us beyond the interaction with our beloved device, to its purpose: well-informed content selection. A current, collected, organized menu of reading options - this blog helps hone what I stock inside my Kindle's pantry. Thanks!
OK but not if you get EW February 4, 2010 palmejr (Hartford CT) 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
I liked this blog well enough but we get Entertainment Weekly by paper and the blog repeats their books reviews. Didn't feel I was getting enough 'new' information to get them both. Would consider reinstating when the EW subscription runs out.
Current and useful February 1, 2010 Leeon Pezok (Hartsville, PA - USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This blog provides good detail on many new and upcoming releases for Kindle. Useful information includes current price, TTS setting, and Amazon description.

Really Great Kindle Blog December 12, 2009 MLW (Irving, TX USA) 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I love this blog. I have found several great Kindle books. It is definitely worth the small price to subscribe.
