It was a decent product but ultimately failed September 8, 2010 C. Matthias (Jersey City, NJ) This headset wasn't mind blowing but it did provide substantial sound quality at a decent price. The only bad thing is that about a year into using them infrequently, somehow the speakers on the headset go in and out. In particular the left speaker. If you fiddle with the foam earpiece and twist it slightly and bang it around it will return sound back until you move your head enough to knock the sound out again. I would have liked this product had it not died from infrequent use. They weren't dropped and were used by an adult in a normal use case-- put on, click on, click off, put on headphone stand. Lather, rinse, repeat.
6 month lifespan, not for heavy usage September 1, 2010 E. Fraley (San Jose, CA) I've had this exactly 6 months and in the last week it's started to drop sound out of one ear. Unfortunately, that's the same ear that the mic is attached to. Today, the person on the other side of the phone told me that my voice is dropping out intermittently as well. The friend who recommended this product to me, and who has had hers about the same amount of time, tells me that hers is doing the same things to her. We're fairly heavy users. We're in sales, use these for Skype, and we're both on the phone a lot.

br /It's unfortunate because, right up until this happened, I absolutely loved this headset; and, I have recommended it to others often because in nearly every other respect it's very good. I will echo what another poster said: it can get tiring to wear them after a long period of time, because the width isn't adjustable. But I've spent good portions of my day on the phone, day after day, and it's tiring but not painful. My only other criticism--that's really a compliment--is that the sound proofing is good enough that regularly miss people knocking on my door.

br /It's a shame, really. Not worth the price for only 6 months usage.
Not that impressed... August 30, 2010 A. Weihl (Austin, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really researched wireless headphones before purchasing this set and am beginning to regret my decision. If you use Skype for calls then it is no problem because you can set your audio input/output in Skype, and it works great. But for work we use an application called Mumble and I also listen to music through my laptop speakers. To switch from Mumble to listening to music requires that I change the sound settings every time. Only have had this for a morning and it is very annoying. Also the range does not seem very far, the kitchen is right outside my office and I can not get to the fridge without it cutting out (this is a distance of 24 feet).
Left speaker seems a bit flakey August 26, 2010 J. Andreas (Corvallis) I have purchased a couple of these over time -
br / On one unit the left ear speaker is a bit flakey - if I press where the metal band goes into the foam headloop then I can get it to work. The other unit shows this problem once in a while. I haven't yet taken the problem unit apart to see what the interconnect issue might be. This is mostly a note for the manufacturer to take note on the quality issue at this spot. Otherwise I am pretty satisfied - though I find the roaming range for the wireless is a bit tight - only about 20 feet in my house.
I would recommend this August 24, 2010 msa Nothing comes perfect because everyone can have different requirements. This product is good and easy to use and have good range. But you can keep it to your ears for a longer time because as it hurts. Ear buds are too small and not too comfortable. Rest all is good.

br /I other thing i would love to have is a mini usb than a big one.
